Bed linen

Bed linen is provided - beds will be made up for your arrival. Travel cot can be provided but please bring your owncot bedding. For holidays of more than one week fresh bed linen may be provided if requested.

Heating and Lighting

Electricity and oil are included in rent.  £50 supplement for traditional oil rayburn cooker in kitchen.  There is wood burning stove in the lounge, a complimentary basket of wood will be provided.   Additional wood can be purchased from the owners.  The log fire is supplementary to the central heating.

Arrival & departure

To enable thorough cleaning of the property please arrive after 3pm and depart by 10 am.
