Llanberis & Snowdonia

Llanberis is a thriving village on the other side of the Lake. There is the Welsh Slate Museum, Edison Mission Energy’s Electric Mountain and the terminus for the famous Snowdon Mountain Railway.

Caernarfon with its impressive castle (World Heritage Listed site) is within an easy drive and Betws y Coed is less than half an hour’s journey over the dramatic Llanberis Pass.

Beach lovers are spoiled for choice by Anglesey’s many fine coves, harbours and beaches – drive through the breathtaking countryside of the Lleyn Peninsula to Dinas Dinlle with its long stretch of golden sands – many and varied things to discover and enjoy from this well located holiday Cottage.
