Welsh Farmhouse
Nestling in the hillside between Llyn Padarn & Machlyn reservoir, this farmhouse has been carefully restored using traditional materials & provides modern facilities in a unique location. It has fabulous views over the landscape towards Caernarfon & the Isle of Anglesey. There are great circular footpath walks directly to follow from the farmhouse and a short drive takes you to the bustling town of Llanberis with many excellent visitor attractions and good eating places to suit all pockets and taste.
Description of accommodation
The sitting room with its wooden floor & old inglenook fireplace, has a wood burning stove and deep sofas and chairs. The large open plan kitchen diner has a long farmhouse style table & seating and is well equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Large slate covered hallway from main entrance has lots of coat hanging space & shoe storage. From here the wooden staircase leads to a wonderful airy gallery above the dining part of the kitchen.
The farmhouse can sleep 8. There are four bedrooms: one spacious double room with ensuite bathroom, a further two spacious double rooms (one ground floor) & a twin single room. The bathroom has a traditional rolled top bath with telephone style shower-head, basin and WC.
Grounds
A small enclosed front garden & patio with bar-b-que & outdoor seating is provided immediately outside the house and parking is adjacent.
Adrian & Georgie the owners live in the adjacent barn conversion and want your stay to be enjoyable & relaxing.
